Salman, Malaika, among others attend Golden Petel Awards

Popular celebrities from the world of television and Bollywood walked the red carpet of Colors Golden Petel Awards 2016, held in Mumbai on Sunday, March 6. The grand and colourful event was hosted by Manish Paul and filmmaker Karan Johar. The annual ceremony honours TV actors.

Superstar Salman Khan who hosts the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ on Colors channel, Arjun Kapoor who hosts ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 7’ and actor-producer Anil Kapoor of ‘24’ drama series were among the many stars who graced the occasion.

Salman’s sister-in-law Malaika Arora Khan was also spotted. She was sporting a shimmery white dress. Salman and Malaika also hugged each other.

‘Bigg Boss 9’ winner Prince Narulaand finalists Mandana Karimi, Rochelle Rao along with her boyfriend and co-contestant Keith Sequeira also attended. Actor Gautam Gulati, winner of ‘Bigg Boss 8’ was also seen. Actress Tanisha Mukherji who is a participant of the current season of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ turned up in a white Mayyurr Girotra gown.

Several other celebrities including, Avika Gor, Manish Raisinghan, newly married Sanaya Irani, Sana Saeed, Aishwarya Sakuja along with her husband Rohit Nag, singer Kailash Kher among many others marked their presence.

Comedians Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh provided a break to Manish and Karan as the hosts for the night.

Mouni Roy and Arjun Bijlani of ‘Naagin’ including Dipika Kakar, Helly Shah, Kratika Sengar and Sana Saeed performed at the event along with Bollywood Diva Madhuri Dixit.
