Superstar Aamir Khan will be next seen in sports biopic ‘Dangal’ based on Haryanvi wrestler Mahir Singh Phogat. The actor has completed shooting for the second half of the movie for which he had gained oodles of weight play the order version of the wrestler.
Now, Aamir has shed the extra pile and is sporting a new look to shoot for the portions where he will essay Mahavir Singh in his twenties. His latest look for ‘Dangal’ has been revealed.
Aamir Khan turns 51 on Monday. The ‘PK’ actor who was in the US, arrived in Mumbai to celebrate his special day with his mother. Mr Perfectionist was spotted at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in his new look early on Monday morning.
The birthday boy was wearing an all grey tracksuit, blue sneakers and a jacket tied on his bag. He sported thick moustache and beard, and was all smiles for the shutterbugs as he came out of the arrival gate. A leading daily published a couple of photographs of Aamir's latest look on its portal.
Aamir trained hard for six months to put on 25 extra kilos to weigh 95 kilos to fit in the role of an older Mahivir Singh Phogat. Thereafter, he shed the extra 25 kilos in 25 weeks by doing intense workout session for one hour in the morning combined with balanced diet in a two hour. He was under the supervision of dietician Dr. Vinod Dhurander. The actor had started working on shedding his extra weight since the beginning of the new year and now he looks fit and tough.
‘Dangal’ is scheduled to release on the occasion of Christmas, but Aamir is also mulling to prepone the release date to August 12 around Independence Day, as the film is high on patriotism.
